Clients must have appropriate travel insurance covering accidents, illnesses, theft, and other risks.
Travelers must inform Rainbow Expeditions of any medical conditions, disabilities, or special needs prior to booking. Some tours require a minimum level of physical fitness; participants are responsible for ensuring they are capable of completing the activities safely.
Rainbow Expeditions reserves the right to make changes to tour itineraries, accommodation, or transportation without prior notice, when necessary to ensure the best possible service or due to external factors.
By making a booking or using our services, you consent to Rainbow Expeditions processing your personal information for administrative, marketing, and operational purposes in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Peru. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Cusco, Peru.
